1: Blisslu is a brand and domain of Cluevest LLC [Cluevest.com]. These terms of service only apply to Blisslu.com website services.

2: Our long-term contracts have a three-month paid trial period. It means our customers can cancel the contract due to any business or personal reason.

3: Our other services, contracts can also be canceled within 48 hours after the contract is made. This applies only if we have not allocated our resources for your projects.

4: We are working on long-term projects, and this is because we want to help our customers to succeed, and this is only possible with long-term projects as then we can create the desired results. Our minimum contract time for our sales and marketing services is three years. This does not include website development, mobile app development, business automation and some add-on services like trade show, white paper, brand book. This applies to our all services if else is not mentioned in your own contract.

5: You can use our tech tools and services. This is best because we have handpicked the tools that we think work in our favor for to create desired results for our customers. This is in best interest for you to succeed and save time on learning and deploying technology and tech tools. We can also work by using your existing technology and tech tools. We strongly favor and work with technology and tools that are GDPR compliant and can provide security and privacy to our customers and also keep them comply with different rules and regulations related to data privacy laws.

6: All services have a cancellation time of minimum three months calculating from the 30^th of each month. It means if you cancel at 15^th of any month, your three months start counting from the 30^Th of this month. This is for to give you a best service and help you to succeed with your sales and marketing goals. This does not include website development, mobile app development, business automation and some add-on services like trade show, white paper, brand book. This applies to our all services if else is not mentioned in your own contract.

7: All the invoices should be paid by the stated due dates of invoices. 29% interest is charged on delay payments and is added in your next invoice. If you do not make payment on time even after the delay payments within 30 days, then other services like credit collection companies are used. Their cost is also added in your invoices to collect payments from you. If credit collections companies do not succeed to collect payments due to any reason, Cluevest reserves the right to sue you for to get paid or to take over assets.

8: Compensations based on sales commissions should be paid after 65 days if else is not agreed in the contracts.

9: We are data driven, and prices are calculated based on different financial models. Our prices can increase at any time due to any economical incident/indicator movement in either direction. This is because we are a profit-driven organization, and we can be only in business if we are profitable. Our existence in business ensures that you succeed with your sales and marketing goals.

10: We are strongly driven with our values and culture. You should not make any comments/support any religion, politics, social group. We cancel the contracts immediately without any further notice. If the contract is canceled due to this reason, we still apply the same stated minimum time duration of our services. We do not offer services, but payments are collected for the services. This means that if cancellation duration for any service is three years, and one year is still left; you will be billed and charged for the one year for our services.

11: You should not be involved in any criminal activity or have any criminal records/history from the last three years. We even do not offer our services if you are under any serious criminal investigation. Our services and contracts are canceled. You still are obliged to pay for our services for the remaining contract duration. This means that if minimum service duration cancelation time is three years and one year still left with our minimum duration. You will be billed and charged for the one year of our services.

12: Tech solutions services that are not under long-term contract durations terms are paid as per agreed stated terms in invoicing. This includes website development, mobile app development, business automation solutions, ecommerce solutions.

13: We might link certain pages, websites on our website for to give customers more information about different products and services that can help them to succeed with sales, marketing and business goals. We are not responsible for any content, products/services on any other website than our. Our terms of services only apply to blisslu.com’s own contents and not the links that lead you to third parties websites.

14: We do our best with our services to create higher results for our customers by doing the work related to sales, marketing, but we do not take any responsibility for the level of results you expect from our services. We are not liable to pay any compensation or any penalty for lower results/performance than your expectation. We are not responsible for any other losses/damages that can result with the use of our services for your sales and marketing solution. We are not liable/responsible for to pay any attorney's fees, or any legal expenses occurred by you.
